Founder

Superior Walls Bahamas is a division of Bahama Island Homes, a company with more than 30 years of construction experience in The Bahamas. We specialize in high-quality precast concrete wall systems that help homeowners and builders save time, reduce waste, and build with confidence, especially on the more remote family islands.

Bahama Island Homes was founded by local contractor Robert Myers to solve a familiar challenge: how to build efficiently and reliably in a place as beautiful and complex as The Bahamas. Over the past two decades, Robert has played a key role in some of the country’s most respected developments, including Albany, Lyford Cay, Ocean Club Estates, and Old Fort.

What We Do

Superior Walls Bahamas, brings quality and innovation to a new generation of building. By introducing the Superior Walls system to The Bahamas, we offer homeowners and developers a smarter way to build. Our panels are manufactured in a controlled environment, delivered to your job site, and installed with precision. The result is a faster, cleaner, more reliable construction process without compromising on quality.

We offer several flexible options to meet your needs:

You can provide your own architectural and engineering plans, and we’ll convert them into a Superior Walls panel system, then handle the installation.
You can choose from our own design packages, which are already engineered for panelized construction, and we’ll manufacture and install the wall system.
You can opt for a full turnkey solution that includes our design package and wall system, with the ability to select your interior finishes during the design stage and watch your home take shape from start to finish.

Whichever path you choose, our goal is the same: to deliver a better way to build in The Bahamas.

Manufacturing Facility

Superior Walls Manufacturing facility is located in South Western New Providence, Nassau, The Bahamas.

With 240 Linear feet of manufacturing table, on site carpentry shop, dedicated heavy equipment and storage space, the team are able to layout, pour and strip a 3600 square foot single storey home in one week. Walls are then loaded on to trailers, ready to make your dream build become a reality, fast!

Approvals

Superior Walls Bahamas has Bahamian Ministry of Works system approval.

Working alongside a local Engineer of Record, the walls are designed to your exact specifications and checked to ensure they will withstand the Bahamian climate. The wall panels can be compatible with structures engineered to withstand wind speeds exceeding 180mph.
