History
Superior Walls of America, Ltd. was founded in 1981 by Lancaster County home builder Mel Zimmerman after years of research and development, originally starting out as below ground foundation walls. The system was designed to eliminate age-old problems of home building while providing a quick and easy way to build better and dryer.
Since 1986, many iterations and improvements have been made to the wall system. Taking the fundamentals of strength, dryness and speed from basement wall system, the Above Ground (AG) idea was born, utilised in numerous States across the US.

After three years of research, development and approvals, Bahama Island Homes secured the license to be the official manufacturer and installer of Superior Walls in The Bahamas and wider Caribbean. With system approval from The Bahamas Ministry of Works, Superior Walls Bahamas are primed to turn your design in to reality.

Unsure on the home style you want, Superior Walls Bahamas offer pre-designed homes, utilising the wall panel system. Designs range from 2 bedroom to 4 bedrooms, including a Triplex offering, ready to go to permit. There is opportunity to put your own stamp on the design also.
